Welcome to Refresh D Thai Spa

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Refresh D Thai Spa's services, located at #123, Main Road, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037.

By accessing or using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Refresh D Thai Spa's services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Appointments & Reservations

1.1 Booking Policy

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person
  • A valid credit card may be required to hold your reservation
  • We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for peak times

1.2 Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

1.3 Late Arrivals

Arriving late may require us to shorten your service time to avoid delaying other clients. Full service fees will still apply.

2. Spa Etiquette

2.1 Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their behavior jeopardizes the safety of our staff or guests.

2.2 Age Requirements

  • Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Certain treatments have minimum age requirements
  • Parental consent required for minors

2.3 Health Conditions

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs when booking your appointment. Some services may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions.

3. Payments & Pricing

3.1 Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices and service offerings at any time.

3.2 Accepted Payments

  • Cash (INR)
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Mobile Payments (PayTM, PhonePe, etc.)
  • Gift Certificates

3.3 Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in our service prices and are left to the discretion of our clients.

4. Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Valid for 1 year from date of purchase
  • Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts

5. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5.1 Data Collection

We may collect: name, contact information, health information relevant to treatments, payment information, and service preferences.

5.2 Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Liability

Refresh D Thai Spa is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought onto the premises. Clients receive treatments at their own risk.

Our therapists are trained professionals, but we recommend consulting with a physician prior to receiving treatments if you have any medical concerns.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
