We are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The last appointment is taken one hour before closing.

Our spa is conveniently located at #123, Main Road, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560037. We're near the Marathahalli Bridge, with ample parking available.

While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend booking appointments in advance, especially for weekends and evenings, to ensure availability of your preferred therapist and treatment.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the service price, and no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Yes, we welcome group bookings for special occasions. For groups of 4 or more, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance to arrange your visit and discuss available packages.

Traditional Thai massage differs from other types of massage in that it:

• Is performed on a mat rather than a massage table
• Incorporates stretching and yoga-like movements
• Uses no oils or lotions (you remain clothed)
• Focuses on energy lines throughout the body
• Is more invigorating than typical relaxation massage

For Thai massage, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows movement. For other treatments like body scrubs or aromatherapy massage, you will be provided with disposable underwear and draping for modesty.

Yes, we use only high-quality natural products:

• Organic essential oils for aromatherapy
• Herbal compresses made with traditional Thai herbs
• Chemical-free body scrubs using natural exfoliants
• Hypoallergenic massage oils

Certain treatments may not be suitable if you:

• Are pregnant (some treatments require modification)

Thai massage should not be painful, though some pressure may be intense at times. Our therapists are trained to adjust pressure according to your comfort level. Communication is key - please let your therapist know immediately if you experience any discomfort.
