Elite Wellness Agreement

Welcome to Refresh D Spa. These terms outline the professional standards and rules for using our services at our Marathahalli location.

By accessing our sanctuary or booking an appointment, you accept these terms in full. We reserve the right to refuse service to ensure the safety and tranquility of all our guests.

1. Appointments & Reservations

1.1 Booking Protocol

  • Reservations can be made via WhatsApp, Phone, or our Website.
  • We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred therapist.
  • Walk-ins are subject to availability.

1.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% service fee. No-shows will be restricted from future priority bookings.

1.3 Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled ritual. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment time to respect the next guest's schedule.

2. Spa Etiquette

2.1 Professional Conduct

We maintain a strictly professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or advances towards our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and a permanent ban.

2.2 Health Disclosures

For your safety, you must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancies during the booking process. Some high-intensity therapies may require a physician's approval.

3. Valuables & Liability

Refresh D Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Please keep your valuables in the provided lockers or leave them at home.

By choosing our treatments, you acknowledge that therapies involve physical contact and stretching, and you participate at your own risk.

4. Payments & Validity

  • All prices are inclusive of professional fees and subject to local taxes.
  • Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
  • We accept UPI (Google Pay/PhonePe), Cash, and All Major Cards.
